Mining Project Life Cycle
The Mining Project Cycle is made up of three phases which comprise the project planning phase, the project Implementation phase and the project monitoring and evaluation phase. These phases are designed to ensure that project timelines are met and project objectives achieved.
The Implementation Phase of the mine is considered very important as it is during this period that there will be production to generate revenue. We therefore put measures in place to monitor the production chain to ensure efficiency of workers and check against losses and pilfering.
The life of the mine will is 25years. This value is based on the fact that the ore washing plant has a production capacity of 100 m3/hour and that the volume of the ore-bearing gravels will be mined in 2 shifts with each working for 8 hours per day.
For the purpose of achieving profitable returns during implementation of the mining project, we are preparing to acquire the necessary vehicles, machinery and to employ qualified expatriate and local skilled workers with some level of mining experience.
We involve the local communities including religious and traditional leaders in the community on details of how the land will be rehabilitated after mining ceases. Funds are then set aside to cover closure cost including compensations.
Rehabilitation includes filling pits to restore the natural contours of the land and planting trees or crops to prevent soil erosion.
We treat and recover water from the tailings to reuse in the mining process. This reduces the need for freshwater and minimizes the environmental impact on surrounding water resources.
Keeping local communities, regulators, and other stakeholders informed about our tailings management practices is essential for building trust and ensuring that environmental risks are effectively managed.

Annual Gold Production in Ghana
Ghana has consistently been ranked among the top gold producers globally. Recent surveys often report annual gold production figures between 3.5 to 4 million ounces annually, with fluctuations due to factors such as market prices, mining activities, and geopolitical events.
Ghana remains a major destination for gold exploration and development.
